Below are (3) descriptions of the types of Engineers we are looking for……

First:

Requires systems engineer with strong analytical problem solving ability.  Must have the following:  strong technical background (BS/MS EE or related) with knowledge of EO/IR and Radar sensor fused systems utilizing digital control for all aspects of operation and response management.  Demonstrated good oral and written communications.  Experience interfacing with customers or suppliers on technical topics.  Ability to drive and complete technical document updates from internal engineering effort and externally driven from extensive customer team review process.

Able to identify and document technical approach for system interfaces (electrical and software) impacting software and hardware developed for Field Verification Test.  Provide support and direction to Software team for sequence diagram review and Algorithm Design Document updates.  Hands on lab experience with system integration and test activities.  Proven history of completing effort required to ship product.

Second:

Requirements Manager..  Significant DOORS experience required.  General Support to Systems Engineering.  Familiarity with Optical Systems desired.  Experience with ATIRCM/CMWS system desired.  Requirements management expected to be ½ time for two months, ¼ time for program remainder.  Potential for candidate to fill additional time with general systems engineering activities (Reqs analysis, test planning)

Third:

General Sytems Engineering skills to include:
1. Requirements management, development and analysis
2. DOORS experience good but not critical
3. RCM experience helpful but not critical
